- Yes. Households, renters, and homeowners can search, book, message, and pay through TrustedTask at no cost. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are applied at checkout, consistent with standard card processing.
- How does the platform fee work for providers?
- The platform fee is a percentage of the job subtotal, charged only on completed jobs. Starter providers pay 15%, Pro providers pay 10%, and Property Manager accounts pay 6%. The fee is deducted before payout.
- Can I switch between provider plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the lower platform fee takes effect on your next completed job. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What are instant payouts?
- Standard payouts arrive within 2–3 business days at no extra cost. Instant payouts deliver funds within minutes for $1.50 per transfer — available on all provider plans.
- Do I need a subscription to get started as a provider?
- No. The Starter plan has no monthly fee. You only pay the 15% platform fee when you complete a job. It is a straightforward way to test demand before committing to a subscription.
- What is included in the Property Manager plan?
- The Property Manager plan includes 5 staff seats, the lowest platform fee at 6%, team coordination tools, and maintenance workflow integration. Additional seats cost $15/seat/month.
